List Only! Last Star Trek Episode You Watched

Death Wish (VOY) The banter between John DeLancie and Gerritt Graham on the bridge made me laugh out loud. Classic Q.

T0S-"The Trouble with Tribbles"

Entirely overrated episode. Despite being a 2nd Season episode, it fits in better with Season 3 shows. Fits right in ...

DSC "The War Without, The War Within"
Good set up episode, and the change of pace was welcome.

VOY "Thirty Days"
Give VOY credit for exploring a fairly cool, original sci-if idea, and for hitting an allegory that is rather topical for today.

DS9 "Resurrection" on H&I.
meh.
ENT "Affliction" and "Divergence" on H&I.
When they pulled Trip across to the Enterprise from Columbia they should have played some cheesy music like the Navy does.

TNG-The Hunted. I want to like this episode because it has scope, action, and it's from the era of TNG when the missions of the Enterprise were still the main focus of the episodes but it just doesn't gel as a whole. The action scenes are great but the middle of the episode is too slow.

TNG: Yesterday's Enterprise, streamed on Netflix.

The Federation is losing their war with the Klingons. Starfleet has lost half of their ships. Their only hope is one last desperate suicide mission to reset the timeline ..

One of the few Trek episodes that still gives me chills whenever I watch it, especially this:

Let's make sure history never forgets .. the name .. Enterprise!

ENT "Bound" on H&I.
Interesting that they know that Orion females emit a pheromone that's hazardous to Human males. Yet when they put the females in the brig they are guarded by males. Oops.
Still love their outfits. What little there is of them anyway.
Interesting that one of the Orion females looks like Gul Dukat's daughter. Hmmmm.

Disaster (TNG) on DVD - I know some people don't like this one because it's formulaic, but it's a fun formula and I like how they put characters in situations that are particularly uncomfortable for them (Picard stuck with the kids, Troi in command, Worf delivering a baby). Also, fun challenges for the Data/Riker team and the Geordi/Beverly team. A fun hour of prime TNG, IMO.

TNG - The Loss.

Not great, some Technobabble disaster makes up the subplot of Troi losing her empathic abilities and turning into quite a nasty character.

One of the weakest season 4 episodes.

TNG: The Offspring, streamed on Netflix.

Data gives birth to a 15 year old girl. All is well and happy, until a crusty old Starfleet admiral shows up and ruins everything.

TOS: Balance of Terror, streamed on Netflix.

Always and forever, one of the best.

We are creatures of duty, Captain. I have lived my life by it. Just one more duty to perform.
