The Nth Degree (TNG) on DVD - love Barclay.
watched voy: "non sequitur" for the first time in years.
was impressed voyager was brave enough to do an episode that was almost wall-to-wall harry kim and not a single scene aboard voyager until the last couple minutes of the show. was also impressed with the attempt at depicting 24th century san francisco by redressing paramount's new york street, despite the fact that it looked less like SF and more like main street disneyland. but i was really frustrated with the depiction of starfleet as so bureaucratic and closed-minded that nobody wanted to help harry and he had to turn to criminal-tom paris. that seemed stupid for dramatic purposes.

As I am new, maybe it's been stated elsewhere. Given all the Kumbaya and associated self-congratulations regarding Earth peace and human consensus and . . ., how many Chinese and Indian crewmembers are there in each Star Trek series? I ask for obvious reasons. And a Korean, born in S. Korea, needs to play a Japanese, Hoshi Sato? As I recall, only one character, Chang, played in the Enterprise series. And if memory serves, he was a MACO, not a true crewmember. Of course, Chang, my wife's name, can be either Chinese or Korean. By all accounts, intelligent and courageous Chinese and Indians should be filling every other Enterprise uniform. I wonder how Bryan Fuller felt about this. Or maybe he was blinded by his other crusades.

TOS episode “Shore Leave” as I continue to rewatch the original series along with the http://rachelwatchesstartrek.com/ podcast. Some great humourous touches in this episode, I particularly like the mistaken identity backrub at the open!
