DS9: Blood Oath
Im a sucker for most crossovers (except for 'These Are the Voyages..')so it was nice to see the old Klingons.
The Marquis Part 1
A fun start to the Marquis story, but to be honest I've never been into there storyline.

Loved that episode, and Once More Unto The Breach too. I watched both recently and found them very poignant knowing all three of the guys playing the klingons have since passed into Sto-Vo-Kor. Great actors.
TOS - "The City on the Edge of Forever"
Voyager: Alice
Pretty dull. Just felt more like an season 1 episode.

Had fun with this episode until to reset button reared its head. A show like Voyager would be better off with out the rest button, oh well.

Two things:
Loved McCoy's line about Chekov "Jim, I think Spock's starting to corrupt this boy."
And before they beam down. Kirk orders the tractor beams to be set to repulse to try to break free of Apollo's forcefield. And all Sulu has to do is press a few buttons to get it done.
But a hundred years or so later on the Enterprise-D nobody has ever heard of doing that. And it takes "wunderkind" Wesley to magically reroute power and reprogram the Engineering computer to do the same thing.
As an aside. When Palomas comes back the second or third time with a strange look on her face and a bit wobbly. Are we to suppose it's just from the speech that Apollo just gave her or had he just done something more invasive to her. And yes, that's what I mean.

I never noticed that until you mentioned it. Good catch! I wonder if that's one of the things the TNG writers never noticed or they just chose to ignore to make that episode more thrilling and give Wesley the chance to be the hero and save the Enterprise?
