List Only! Last Star Trek Episode You Watched

TNG: Masks

Starting to wish I'd bought a different season. :shifty:

When the original DVD's came out, I quit buying after I got season five. Seems like I'll end up doing the same with the Blu-ray's.

I hit "Ethics" in the season five set and it completely killed any enthusiasm I had left for the show.

Redemption, tng 2 parter is on tv right now. These are two of my favorite episodes. It had the tie up to Worf's honor storyline, Klingon culture, Romulan duplicity, Data as captain, and some great Picard moments. It's too bad this arc couldn't have continued a bit longer. Not necessarily a war story like late ds9, but the political side of things as well as seeing characters like Data acting as captain for a bit. I guess the budget would have been a bit high.. Anyway, definitely a great episode!

DS9: Trials and Tribbleations

I'm not a DS9 fan, at all, but I like this episode because it crosses over with TOS, my favorite Trek series. I loved the bit with Worf refusing to explain the strange appearance of the 23rd century Klingons to O'Brien, Odo and Bashir, but Dax was a little annoying, behaving like a teenager through most of the episode.

Would have loved to see O'Brien "meet" Scotty the same way that Sisko met Kirk, but then again Scotty is still alive and well in the 24th century, so anything is possible.

Watched "Let that be Your Last Battlefield" on MeTV last night, I really enjoy this remastered TOS.

Unfortunately my perception of the shows are changing as I dig more into the history of the tv production. Not in a bad way I just see more how it was produced instead of being totally caught in the show. Recently finished "Inside Star Trek, the Real Story" and now listening to Shatner's audio book "Star Trek Memories"

One thing stuck me that even though it is said the show was not commercial successful at the time, it was a success. And not that it sold more color TVs for RCA the owner of Paramount. It is one of the shows that enabled Lucy to sell Desilu studios to Gulf+Western/Paramount for 17 million dollars, there is the success.

TOS: Mudd's Women

In pursuit of some new "lithium" crystals. Uhura is still wearing command gold.

Am I mistaken, or did I see the edges of a window set into the wall of Kirk's quarters?

----------

Memory Alpha confirms that, yes, Kirk's quarters in Mudd's Women did have a window, but that these may have been temporary quarters, as they were on deck 12 and not 5.

I also just watched the ENT episode 'Proving Ground.' (I had to see the sexy Andorian, Lt. Talas, in form-fitting leather as well)! Unfortunately, one thing that did bug me about the episode was Shran referring to humans in general as 'pinkskins' as if there is only one color of humans, especially in this era where everyone was supposedly getting along despite differences. (Come on Archer, you're always mouthy towards folks who bad-mouth humans - and usually just mouthy in general - why don't you speak up about this?)

Anywho, another Trek episode I watched was 'Honor Among Thieves' - probably to see Delilah Stombs as the alien, Farian, girl.
