Noooooooo! Actually wasn't there quite a lag between some of the earlier seasons? 3-4 has been quick but I think 2-3 might have been a couple of years.
There was, but if there is a big delay I hope the BBC airs the other 4 series just before series 5 airs. its getting hard to remember the list of possible and know dodgy coppers.
I'm glad I'm not the only one to think that about Hastings. I hadn't thought it until the last episode really but with the last episode I am getting vibes in that direction.
