Life on Mars (UK) Blu-Ray?

I just noticed Life on Mars has been released on Blu-Ray, I thought it was filmed on Super 16 and wasn't good enough quality to be shown in HD. and was never shown in HD...
So has anyone got the Blu-Ray versions? Is it worth double dipping for the HD version?

I was considering getting them but decided against it due to the comments on Amazon UK. Apparently the picture is a little better than the standard DVDs, but some way short of full HD. The inference is very much that it's upscaled SD.

Yeah, I noticed that when I went back to order it, and decided against it...

Super 16 isn't 35mm, but it still has a far higher resolution than an HD image. I can't discuss these specific DVDs, but keep that in mind.
