WTF is this...

That looks ridiculously cheesy. Either Jaime Fox has reached the point in his career where he'll sign on to anything, or someone gave a really good pitch.

He's always signed for anything as long as he gets paid. Stealth after Ray, a buncha other crap mixed in with decent movies since. He's not on a Nicholas Cage level of picking up a paycheck, but he's in the same zipcode.

Some of the costumes in this movie look straight out of the 21st century. And the movie seems to lack color adjustment, so it looks like it was shot as a final exam for a 3rd rate film school. Honestly the costumes look so similar to modern garb that I figured there was a sci fi twist or something. Alas, no, just low budget costuming.

Wow. Should definitely do as well as the King Arthur flick from last year.

Yeah, looks terrible, and this is saying something seeing I actually liked the Russell Crowe version. It looks like they're trying to modernize it. Not everything needs to be a big action flick. It ends up just looking ridiculously out of place. At this rate, it likely would have looked better if they set it in modern day times, and I don't think it's been done that way before.

Holy hell that looked ridiculous. The legend is interesting enough without parkour and multi-arrow trick shots.

Set in modern times, it's basically a Green Arrow movie. :p

Well..they did call him "The Hood", right? And below...

Yeah that confused me too. The sheriff I thought was wearing a modern business suit (without the tie).

Also "smash and grabber"?????

WOW. I had not really noticed the first time I watched the trailer. But I went back and watched the trailer again just now and paid very close attention to the clothes and yeah, you are so right. WTF?!?! It's like they dressed him business casual from Men's Warehouse. It does not look medieval at all IMO.

How the hell did this get greenlit?? How can they expect to make money with this?

Another contemporary-looking CGI action-fest, *yawn.*

I wonder if it will make any difference that Leonardo DiCaprio is the producer.
