Last movie you saw?

^

Still my favorite of the franchise.

My plans got torpedoed this afternoon, so I wound up out at the AMC Tyler for Akira in 4K tonight. Pretty good movie, not at all what I was expecting it to be.

Mine too, though I do admit I enjoyed Rambo's exploding arrows in Part II. That's practically the ultimate stealth weapon: silent launch, no muzzle flash, and one heckuva bang.

Enola Holmes. Cute fluff, but nothing special. Would be great for a series of films aimed at the early-teen audience.

Went to AMC Lufkin Sunday afternoon and watched the 2004 DVD release version of Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back for the 40th Anniversary release. I've now seen all the Star Wars movies on the theater screen except for Return of the Jedi, which happens to be my favorite of the franchise.

Followed that with Infidel which I did not care much for at all.

Enola Holmes over on Netflix. Was cute, fairly fun and entertaining for the most part. Millie Bobby Brown stole the show in every scene she appeared in. 7.5/10

Bill and Ted Face the Music.

If you liked the first two you will like this one. Story 8/10, ending 6/10.
I figured out the plot before I saw one frame of the film but it was still a fun ride.

Hubs and I watched both Frozen and Frozen II a few days ago. I don't know why. He chose. But it was a nice stay-at-home date thing.

Yep. Watched it last night. When it was over, LadyQ turned to me and said, "Well, yep. That was a movie." I agreed.

Pacing was all wrong. The set ups weren't great.
She comes to a literal fork in the road and it's suddenly a pivotal point in the film, but there was no foundation or build up, it was just all of the sudden her Come-to-Jesus moment.

It was, however, beautiful to look at.

Just saw Scoob! and really liked it. It had me laughing in parts and could relate to Shaggy at the beginning of the film. It's a movie with a sense of humor, kindness and a heart. 8/10

I just got amazon prime so --- I watched "Captain America" ..a movie I had missed way back when and such was lots of action.. :)
