That was a creepy one.
It was, but I was a little disappointed. I’d avoided watching it because I thought it might be too disturbing, but it was more overt and less psychological than I expected. Still good though.
Midway. I didn't think this new one could be better than the version with Chuck Heston. This one is so much better! Written better, filmed better, cast better and so much more historically accurate.
Except for the "Sleeping giant" line from Tora Tora Tora. Everybody knows at this point that Yamamoto didn't actually say it, but movie makers gotta keep putting it in.

The first Thin Man movie. It is a Christmas one so watch it this time of year! Before that Charlie Brown Thanksgiving watch it every Thanksgiving anyone else?
Went to see Frozen II IMAX yesterday, and I was the only one still in the theater by the time the post-credit scene played. The dude cleaning the theater said that kids are trying to stay for it, but the parents have been rushing 'em out.
Watched The Irishman via Netflix last night. Pretty good movie, I liked it.
Watched The 24 Hour War via Netflix this morning. Watching Shelby American via Netflix now. Both documentaries cover some of the same ground, interviewing the most of the same people, and I think even using the same interview footage, but still, I enjoyed Ford v Ferrari when I watched it a couple of weeks ago, I like the added insight to what was what about the real life events from that movie.

I love Ms Jolie and I liked the Maleficent movie.
However I think the first one was better.
Only part I didn't like about the first one was the 3 fairies being demoted to comedy sidekicks but hey that's Disney.
