Last movie you saw?

Holmes and Watson.

Really, a very stupid, but entertaining film.

Moments before it happened, I predicted the exact line, "Oh, shhhhit!" pretty much exactly as it was performed. :D

I'm not a huge fan of Will Ferrell, but I have a friend that loves everything he does. True to form, Ferrell had a scene wearing only his underwear.
Is that on DVD yet? Being a huge Sherlock Holmes fan I was interested to see it, but I don't get to the theater very much. Most of my movie watching is on DVD. Plus, all the reviews I've read have been pretty negative.

Yup, we just bought the Blu-ray.

[EDIT] It WAS pretty bad, but also very funny.

I should warn: there are some topical jabs at certain people that are still in the news today and other, very topical subjects.

That's okay. Being born with cerebral palsy gave me a thick skin and I'm not easily triggered the way most folks are these days.

The Brotherhood (2001) - Neat college vampire movie. Dated and slow paced but very nice, minus the sex scene.
The School (2018) - good visuals and a really great concept and good acting only to be ruined by bad pacing and a really unsatisfying ending.

Nippon Tanjô, also known as "The Three Treasures". The Japanese answer to the Hollywood monumental movies of the late 1950s, this Toho classic tells the story of Yamato Takero, the Japanese national heroic epic (similar to the British King Arthur legends, or the German Niebelungen saga). Very good movie with pretty much every great Toho star of the era, great visual effects and beautiful music by Akira Ifukube.

Went out to AMC Lufkin, watched Hellboy (2019), Disney Nature Penguin & Breakthrough tonight, using my AMC Stubs membership for the week.

Infinity War.

First time.

I've missed most of the other movies other than the actual Avengers movies, so I was a tad confused through most of the movie.

Other than that, it was pretty good.
