Rewatched StarTrek IV The Voyage Home yesterday- it still holds up well for me.

An old favorite from when I was young and stupid.

Now that I'm old and stupid, I'm seeing Ant Man for the first time on DVD.

It's one of those films, like Apollo 13 where you know the outcome yet manages to be utterly gripping nonetheless. I love 13 days, great cast and acting all round.

I finally watched Christopher Robin yesterday. It was enjoyable, but it wasn't as good as I had hoped for.

I did. My movie for today is Ant Man and the Wasp which I'm also seeing for the first time on DVD. I liked it a little better than the first one. I haven't had that reaction to a sequel since The Empire Strikes Back.

Finally saw Passengers. It was so-so throughout, but the last half hour was extra predictable and didn’t require any brain cells whatsoever.

Just watched "The Highwaymen". Costner and American History of the 20th century are a proven combination. Recommend it.

Went to AMC Lufkin yesterday, saw Missing Link 3D.

Just saw Ready Player One today and liked it ok. Loved the different video game cameos and easter eggs.

Downsizing on DVD. First time seeing it. Not a great film, but not too bad either.

Holmes and Watson.

Really, a very stupid, but entertaining film.

Moments before it happened, I predicted the exact line, "Oh, shhhhit!" pretty much exactly as it was performed.

I'm not a huge fan of Will Ferrell, but I have a friend that loves everything he does. True to form, Ferrell had a scene wearing only his underwear.
