I think they're both good looking men, and I think they're both very classically handsome, with a slight variation to each. (The aggressive yebrows on both, and Quinto's sharpness to his features, and Pine's big upper lip.)
I'm pretty sure I like them kind of equally out of chracter, because I find them both amusing and adorable in interviews. I tend to crush more on characters than actors. Actors have to be real people that smell bad when they fart, or have annoying hangups, or are bossy to their women. Characters, however, have only the characteristics shown to me (and whatever others I've made up in my head). Kirk I find sexy as hell. Some of that will probably bleed over into other roles Pine has in the fiture. (Like, I enjoyed what Pine brought to the Smokin' Aces role, and found the character he played in Blind Dating kind of hot despite myself.) I've only seen Quinto in Heroes and Star Trek, and neither did I find sexy. That doesn't mean I won't find some other character he plays hot, though. I like him well enough.
