We're leaving on vacation tomorrow and won't be back till Friday, and when it came to recording Pathfinder won out over Mad Men. My husband can't believe it because I worship Mad Men, but I figured I should be able to find that one somewhere online or catch a rerun. Pathfinder with semi-nekkid Karl is a little harder to get my hands on (excuse me for a moment while I have an out-of-body experience induced by the words "semi-nekkid Karl" and "get my hands on." ).

Ooh, and didn't someone say there was a love scene? Double !

I'm with you, trampledamage--I've been doing a search every couple of days, hoping there will be photos of him as the vampire in Priest, but so far no luck. There was a photo I can't find now from the set, of two of the vampires, who were bald and dressed in ragged clothes. I want him in black (a long Captain Mal Reynolds- or Captain Jack Harkness-style duster would be nice), and I sincerely hope he won't be bald, but whatever they put him in, I'll adjust as long as he looks sexy and dangerous.

I think he'll look good with a shaved head - he looked great in Bourne Supremacy and some shots in that movie make him look like a sick drug addict too which could be an interesting way to go for a Vampire flick

ETA: Riddick is followed by Doom at 1 a.m., which inspires me to post this. Look at those eyes, not to mention those lips. Yum to the nth degree.

Just a quick reminder that Lord of the Rings/Two Towers (with Karl as Eomer) is on TNT at noon eastern time, followed by Return of the King (also with Karl) at 3:45. I've never seen any of the movies, so I look forward to finally seeing him in them.

This weekend has been a veritable Karl-fest on the telly. Friday night was Pathfinder (unfortunately it bored me to tears...i only got through about 40 minutes of it before i wanted to pluck my eyeballs out with a melonballer), last night was Doom (i have GOT to get this movie) and this morning was CoR. I never realized how much the action figure he was. So Star Trek was a horse of a different color for him!

When i went to see ST friday night in 'imax' and he came on with his "I had a seat...." i thought, "what a gift this guy is". He was just so amazing, and even after four viewings i am still blown away by him.

I missed most of the Karl fest on TV this weekend! I managed to watch some of Pathfinder on Wednesday but I was too sick (and yeah, it was kinda boring) to watch. I completely missed Doom! Hopefully I can catch it another time. He looks to be absolutely gorgeous in that one!

I am watching Return of the King right now though (and there he is on screen!). Having never actually seen Lord of the Rings before I have no clue whats going on but I'll devote my full attention to it another time.

Truth be told, both movies are pretty boring. I suggest you turn the sound off and look at the pretty.

I finally got Out of the Blue into the DVD player the other day. Haven't had time to watch the movie itself yet, but I was watching some of the actor interviews. Karl said he found it very difficult to film (it's a true story about a spree killing in a small town in New Zealand) because he couldn't switch off after the day's filming and he'd be relaying images about the killings in his head all evening. He said he won't be doing another movie like that again.
