Karl Urban -- blond or brunet?

Karl Urban was a good actor long before TREK rolled around. My mom remembered seeing him in a TV western before she died.
Will this do as a contribution? Keep your giddiness from the BlondAwesomeGoodness going a little longer?

Well, just finished watching Doom... not bad, felt that the $1.99 was well spent esp since there's a lot of Karl for me to
over. It might have also helped with my enjoyment (other than Karl watchin') that I know nothing about video games - so the movie came across as just a sci-fi thriller tho' a campy, over-acted one. It was mean of me but I was silently cheering when the Rock got it in the end.
and it was fitting that the last shot was of Karl's face. 
I don't play video games either, which was one of the reasons why i liked Doom. Sort of gave me the thrill that everyone else gets to experience when they play.

If and whenever Bungie Studios and a filmmaker can get the HALO movie underway I wouldn't mind seeing someone like Karl as Master Chief the head Spartan soldier. Or in another lead role.
Came across this photo today, and I think he really looks like DeForest Kelley here. Or maybe it's Gary Sinese. Either way, I LOVE this photo and wish I could find a larger version. I want it to be my desktop picture.
In an ideal world, someone would splice Sinise's and Karl's DNA to create the uber-perfect Southern surgeon and crabapple.

But I have to agree. Karl is just fine the way he is. Gary is just fine the way he is too. Plus they both do that cute sideways grin... just like DeForrest... I miss him so much sometimes. Sorry. I got a little misty there for a moment.
Did I ever mention that I fully intend to name my first son after DeForrest Kelly? I am very serious about this. He will be Emerson Forrest actually. Maybe my second son could be called Karl... How about Zachary Karl or Karl Zachary?
Oh and before I forget, I want someone to cast Karl in something FUNNY. He is a natural comedian and I would love to see what he would do in a good old fashioned sly comedy.
