Yeah, I'm sick and tired of dragging out relationships and never moving on to marriage. I say give us teen Helena so we can have a new Robin, too.
Idea being, apparently, that she was his ex-wife and she'd retired from being Catwoman to be a rich art dealer. But she and Bruce would reconcile over the course of the Justice League multi-part story.
I loved her in the "haunting on hill house", and I like the Idea to have a older woman as a hero.
That's what I was hoping for with Huntress in the BOP movie, that she was Bruce and Selina's daughter. Of course, I knew that WB would never have the guts for that.
Meh, he can plan all he wants, doesn't mean WB is actually going do it.He has a plan for JL 2 if this does well.
I don't mind casting younger/older people for roles myself but I get the feeling that WB wouldn't have cast MEW as Bruce's daughter, unfortunately
Yeah, she'd still need to be a teenager at least.
We could've gotten Helena as Robin, though!

Of course, given what happened to her predecessor I'm sure it would've taken a LOT of persuading from Selina and Helena for Bruce to permit that.

as for who he would have cast to do what, it would have been crap regardless. In a world were a better person was making the DC Universe films, I'd be interested in seeing a Batman and Catwoman where the will they/won't they has been resolved and they're together, but then being divorced is honestly lame, and feels more like a Frank Miller move, which to be fair does make sense for Snyder.
Meh, Miller made Selina into a fat depressed alcoholic madam of an Escort Service, this at least sounds more intriguing than THAT.
Me too. I was totally fascinated by Captain Marvel after reading about him in a book called "All In Color For A Dime" and was thrilled when DC came out with the Shazam title.I had that as a kid. It might still be in a box at my parents' house (though it'll be quite some time before I can check with the COVID border restrictions at the moment).
That kind of minimum value is something studios like. I can see Snyder getting more movies, but with a smaller budget.
I guess the only thing Frank Miller has over Snyder is that Miller's Batman, for as terrible as he is, would never use a gun, while Snyder's Batman literally massacres people with machine guns.
