Could be 003 as glimpsed in Thunderball
Agreed, and that's the problem with formulaic filmmaking.
This is a bit of a tangent, but you know that the Superhero film genre is kind of in a messed-up place when the most anticipated film from said genre is the unnecessary sequel to The Matrix Trilogy (I say 'unnecessary' because the Trilogy tells an amazing self-contained story).
As of yesterday, my new most anticipated film in the genre is the "Flash" movie. (Supergirl! )
Erm, excuse me are you forgetting this?
Ugh....you brought back childhood memories I DIDN'T WANT BACK.
I loved that theme song. 90's cartoons had the best songs.
Did they ever establish who James Bond Junior's mother was? There were so, so, so many potential candidates.
Was he not James’ nephew, rather than son?
I honestly don't remember it's been so, so long. I guess I'm off to Google...
ETA-- You are correct. Apparently the character first appeared in a spin-off novel all the way back in 1967.
Yes, Jr. was the nephew. And as far as I know, we never learned anything about either parents. Aside from his father probably being James' brother, either that or his parents went into marriage with the same surname.
DC is going to do a Snyder Cut variant cover for March's issue of the Justice League comic, and Zack Snyder tweeted out Jim Lee's artwork for it. What makes this especially noteworthy is that Martian Manhunter is very prominently featured on the cover, and this might be our first glance at what J'onn might look like in the movie.
Spoiler: Snyder's J'onn J'onzz by Jim Lee
I never heard of that before. The theme song is hilarious, I love those cartoon themes.
It actually said in the theme song that he learned everything from his uncle James. Although personally, I don't know if I'd want my kid learning "everything" from James Bond.
I don't necessarily know about that.
I mean, it tells a story, that much is true.
But amazing ... I don't know. In the sense of "something so awful that it must be beheld in order to be believed," as in "holy shit, you will not believe the raw sewage backing up in my kitchen sink and the associated stench," maybe...
Yeah, I’m gonna go with a big “Fucking Nope!” on that one. Late 60’s / 70’s had the best.
And I will go for the middle with 80's for Minmei in Robotech
Literally my first introduction to the entire James Bond franchise...!
Vanity Fair has an article on TSC, but I can’t get over the massive “teenage edgelord” energy of the pic of Joker imitating Christ. Having said that, Snyder does come out of this article very well https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2021/02/the-true-story-of-justice-league-snyder-cut
The new adventures of speed racer along James Bond Jr was a great back to back hour
