Yeah, but this was full on Beck for basically the first half of his show. It's also the first time in a while that I can think of where he appeared before the intro.

Wow - that was a tour de force - Beck is so, so easily parodied - and yet he and his cohorts on FNC are so, so influential. I know so many people for whom FNC, Newsmax and the Washington Times are their only news sources, that they really can't see how ridiculous their slant really is - they tuned out of every other news source years ago, so now they live only in their right-wing echo chamber.

THAT, my friends, is truly frightening... that there are millions - MILLIONS - of Americans who watch Beck every day/night and buy every single word he is saying.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I am going to go have dinner with my in-laws - one of whom is a prime example of the buy-every-word-out-of-Glenn's-mount people I was talking about above - but I love him anyway.
