Now that the second season of PICARD has premiered... I'm more sure of this.
Also, for years, I thought Picard went after women who looked like Crusher. Now that I've seen a young Yvette Picard... he likes women who resemble his mother, including Crusher.
But I wonder if Picard likes sex at all.

Well according to the episode Devil’s Due it was actually Deanna Troi that Picard had a thing for.
No, she was just the only female senior staff member that Ardra had seen. In addition to her other gear, she undoubtedly had some sophisticated holographic recording equipment, allowing her to replicate Troi's appearance and accent.
I mean, he WAS interested in it.
And I think Patrick Stewart said something to the effect that he never quite bought the idea that Picard would react to Lxanana Troi like the cat to Pepe Le Pew, struggling to get away from her girl cooties. Then again, I think it was just Patrick Stewart acknowledging what a beautiful and enchanting woman Majel Barrett was in RL.
But it was his job as an actor to sell it. We know Patrick Stewart always wanted to portray Picard as younger and more action focused.
Hence why we got "Die Hard on the Enterprise" and the dune buggie on Nemesis.
Well now I'm imagine Picard scurrying down the Enterprise corridor, with Lwaxana following him, going hop hop hop...
She doesn't seem like his type at all which I think was the joke.
I think everyone knew about that. Data likely caught him and then let it slip.

Whenever I see that episode I always think I would have wanted to find Janaharon with the pool girl despite being a grouchy person who usually just wants to read on vacations myself.

No! She was not his type. And I think his dating the mother of someone on his ship would have been just too strange even if he did, but NO WAY!
I personally choose to assume that he was so annoyed by her that he was fantasizing in high detail about flinging her out of an airlock. She realized that he couldn't very well correct her, so she decides to just mess with him.
