I agree. They could have limped along for a while, perhaps found a planet to set down on for repairs and had an adventure or two while there.

The greatness came from the condition of the characters--the ship was irrelevant.

One of the biggest complaints about the show is the flawless look of the ship every week.

I agree too. However, the conversation was becoming more about The Sisko then about The Janeway. Everything is all good now so we can move on.
