Hey there. I just started a thread asking this over at Misc. But I'm posting this here as well since there are posters here who don't visit the Misc frequently or at all. I've been wondering about an old schoolmate of mine (I started a thread about him a couple of years back). There are times when I really want to know what became of him.
There's no sign of him on Facebook (he was one of those kids who played with computers at home frequently before Windows 3.1 came out). I'm starting to wonder if he might be inclined to sign up in some kind of ITequese message board or social networking (a more geeky version of Facebook). I might be outreaching here, but I'm just wondering.
He was a nifty kid. He's capable of having several Ph.Ds by now (though chances are he doesn't even have an graduate degree).
