I love the bannertech.
All the forcefields and transporter tech that he invented at some point which he forgot to use while on the run for the first 20 years (marvel Time). If banner always had access to that stuff, even if he stole it off the leader, he could have fucked back Ross, and seriously after you DEFEAT the US Army COMPLETELY... Well that sort of automatically makes you the Warlord of America... Lord Protector? President for life? King Hulk? besides he could have hacked into the Pentagon and reassigned all the money earmarked to hunting him towards solar power research or schoolbooks for inner city kids, gods, Banner could have sicked the IRS on Thunderbolt Ross (They screwed over Captain America quite well in the 80s for not paying his taxes while in suspended animation.) for running a black book to hunt the hulk down.
Young, it seems like i'm probably misunderstanding you, but Incredible Hulk transitioned into Incredible Hercules and then back into Incredible Hulk again after issue 600. Pak has been on board the whole time telling the same story... It's all about Cho no matter who the big guy with him is. It's kinda like Pak left the book, but considering who Armadeus Cho "really" was, all that Olympian stuff was necessary for the growth of a new major supporting character of the Incredible Hulk while they were waiting for the Hulk to "come back".
I was always more partial to She Hulk.
That time when Mrs Claus filled Jennifer's office full of Reindeer pellets for hitting on her old man... Priceless.
