why would there be no periods in the future? cycles have a role a biological role not all science can control (at least i'd think) Now i wonder if that was an ignorant statement :/
According to some periods are not necessary unless you are trying to get pregnant. There are drugs available now that can stop them for up to six months at a time. In the future I am sure this will be perfected.
Wow, until then, No way. I mean I applaud their hopefulness but that just sounds like a long term hormonal nightmare. I mean look at birth control. It is actually not beneficial to the woman's health. Nor are spermacides and such.
Ah yes, of course. You've reminded me that they did technically get the conundrum treatment (sort of) in Workforce.
Imagine the fright the Delaney sisters would get if they bumped into each other in a corridor.
Kes would assume she was in a relationship with a handsome bridge officer. Poor girl is in for such a shock.
Kes when The Docor has restored her memory and made her aware of the bleak reality:
"DOCTOR, ARE YOU TOTALLY OUT OF YOUR MIND???
DO YOU MEAN THAT I HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH........THAT
INSTEAD OF ENSIGN RICKY?????"
As for the TNG episode "Conundrum", I really Like that episode!
One of my top 5 TNG episodes.
