If there was a Star Trek anthology series what stories would you like to see?

Star Trek: Constitution:
Each 2 hr episode set on a different Constitution-class starship (there were like 14, right?) They could build one group of sets and just change up the actors. The season/series finale could be a four hour movie and feature the Pike Enterprise from DSC and maybe bring back a few fan favorite crews from earlier in the show.

See I'd prefer the Diane Diane version be adapted: Where pre-reformation Vulcan is much like late 20th century Earth, and Surak is a boring data clerk by day but his internet blogging by night is fast becoming legend.
Her ideas on Romulans really should just be canon. The Rhiannsu story arc has more interesting Romulan worldbuilding than most species on Trek combined.

1 Pine and VIna story on Talos.

2 A full length Mudd story.

3 Captain Nog of the Enterprise -F

4 A comedy about Lt. Mary Sue which was a character created for Trek fan fiction. Also be funny if she ended up being official canon

I'd love to see a story about the Spore Drive in the 24th century with a Section 31 story... wait, where are you going?

Basically, a story about an Obsidian Order agent who breaks into a top secret Federation site where all the secret/forbidden technologies are kept, following rumors about a drive that allows for instantaneous travels over insane distances, and manages to flee with a suspicious flashdrive. Section 31 would alert a guest star serving on Deep Space Nine (of course that would require making the whole episode animated... or have it with Captain Riker, the Titan and the Tal Shiar) that the agent would meet their handlers there and getting the flashdrive back is of utmost national security importance. The crew would get really suspicious about the whole thing, considering that Section 31 could just do the whole operation off the radar, but when they reach out to Starfleet Command, they soon get rerouted to Starfleet Intelligence who eventually assign it as an actual mission, so they do everything to catch the Cardassian agent.

In the end, however, the agent would slip through their fingers in the last second, and our guest star would be visited by Section 31 at night and filled in on the details... S31 intentionally sabotaged the hit and let the Obsidian Order agent get away. The data on the flashdrive was fake all along, because the true secret document is safe in S31's hands; the whole operation was staged so that the Obsidian Order wouldn't suspect they were duped, seeing how hard Starfleet tries to stop them. The story would end with the agent safely back on Cardassia Prime, plugging the flashdrive into a dataport, managing to break the triple encryption with considerable difficulty... and it turns out it actually contains nothing but Ensign Tilly's Starfleetify playlist, or something similarly benign.
