I believe we've seen on screen computer dispays depicting Bajor as being closer to the sun than the Denorious Belt.Even when it was moved away from Bajor, I assume it was still close enough to the local star to get some light. For all we know, it was moved closer to the local star than it was when it orbited Bajor (tho the dim lighting in the exterior shots suggests otherwise).

The station would still be illuminated by the sun and by distant starlight. Heck, even the Denorious Belt itself might cause some illumination.
Why are you under the impression that there's no light in space?
Look how bright Saturn is, and how far from the sun that is.Why are you under the impression that there's no light in space?
That's bright?
