i've seen all movies, and all of tng and ent. i've seen ds9 pretty much 4th-7th season, and maybe half of all voy episodes.

i've seen very few tos, and no animated series.

All of TOS,TAS, TNG, DS9, VOY and all but a handful of ENT episodes. I've seen all but the latest movie (have the DVD but haven't found the time to watch it yet).

As I've been looking at these forums for quite some time, I have noticed that many posters have not seen many episodes of Trek.
I've seen VOY, and all feature films.
more than a handful of episodes of all other series except DS9.
I'd like to see all of TAS still as well as Seasons 3& 4 of ENT.

You need to add more options.

Suggestions, please?
I think you have all the options you need. It is a very well thought out survey and I am enjoying the responses.:techman:

Tried an episode of TAS once. Expected an animation, got a slideshow, went back to the novel adaptations, so at least I know the stories.
When did you watch TAS? I saw it when it originally aired. In its day it was average quality for a cartoon, better than the Marvel Comic cartoons. I understand that someone introduced to it today would think it was very poor quality, so I am curious.

Edit 2: Also, please specify which series and movies you have seen in you're post.

I've personally seen everything, and yes, I am proud of myself.
Four series complete (TOS, TNG, DS9 and Voyager) and all but one movie. There are still bits of Enterprise and TAS I haven't seen, and seeing Nemesis hasn't felt like something which urgently needed doing yet.

All of TOS and VOY, am working on TAS. I tried TNG, it didn't grab me, I plan to try DS9 after TOS movies.

Movies 4 & 6 because I happened across them on TV, once I finish TAS I intend starting on watching the TOS movies in order

All of it and have everything but TAS on DVD or BluRay. Looks like most people voting have seen all of the movies.

All of it. The moment that I finished that last episode of TAS and completed my journey a fierce light shone down on me from the heavens and a great revelation came upon me: Being unemployed sucks.

Everything but DS9 and VOY. I tried and tried and tried but I just couldn't do it. They were just, well, stupid.

I've seen all of TNG, VOY and DS9. Season 1 and 3 of the original series and season 1 of enterprise. Plus all the films except 5 and 6. All the stuff I haven't watched I have on DVD so will be watching in due course.

I've seen all of TOS and TAS, all the movies up to Generations, some of TNG and ENT, and one episode of DS9 (Trials and Tribble-ations).

I voted for the "all" option even though there are episodes of Enterprise season 2 I haven't seen, but I got the complete Enterprise DVD collection for Christmas and am watching through it now.

So its TOS, TAS, TNG, DS9, VGR, ENT, the 10 prime universe films, the Abrams alternate universe film, and many fan films to boot.

It was shown on BBC2 mornings a few years ago, maybe 2005, 2006 so pretty recently. I just couldn't appreciate the low frame rate.

The absolutely bizarre thing is that I am a fan of anime. I'm used to animation with lower than theatrical quality frame rates. I'm used to static panning shots of matte images while dialogue happens off screen.

Also, I was a fan of Filmation cartoons when I was a kid. I used to love Tarzan in particular, so this sort of animation should have been no problem.

Two things though. TOS for its time set such a high benchmark in terms of production values, that TAS seemed like a major step down. But by far the biggest problem was that I had read the novelisations first. I had pictured them with TOS and Movie era effects. (The same thing happened when I read the James Blish original series adaptations. I had just seen the first four movies and read them with those effects in mind) It took me a couple of watches to reconcile TOS and enjoy the episodes at face value. I just couldn't do it with TAS.

I can't make myself watch the TNG movies, though I saw First Contact by accident. Though, just to finish out the viewing experience I might make the effort.

I've seen 3 complete series (TOS, TNG, DS9) and all 11 movies. I refuse to watch all of VOY though, and I'd have to be pretty bored to consider watching ENT, so I don't really aspire to watch any other Trek because as far as I'm concerned, I've seen all "good" Trek

I've seen everything at least a hundred times each. Except Star Trek 11, I've only seen that three times.
