How easy is it actually to reverse engineer a UFO?

How Easy do you think it would be to reverse engineer an alien device/ship?

Something I was thinking of. Back on October 22 1993 an object left a linear earthquake through Earth. A strangelet is one possibility, but a tiny black hole may be another. This might be even easier to chase down than Ouamuamua…and I wonder if it could be coaxed into being part of a star drive of some kind.

Unlike the proposed planet 9 black hole…this just might be wrangled, gravity tractor style.

I want this nugget.
