This is why this unbalanced Schedule is a bad thing for Hockey. We won't get games like we had tonight with the Habs and Sharks. That was one of the best games I've seen in hockey this season. The Sharks came out firing, and it was physical the entire night. Thornton's hit on Plekanec and then the hit back were some of the best hits I've seen this year for Sharks Hockey. However, the two goals the sharks had in the third with Cheecho and Campbell were pretty. I didn't think anything could top Cheech's move, but then Campbell (Who we got for defense) comes up with a nifty spin-o-rama and it's game over. Great game all around. Can't wait till the Senators come on Wednesday.

In other news, Ovechkin got his 52nd last night. I almost fell over when ESPN led this morning with hockey

I love watching Ovechkin play, both for his skill and enthusiasm. Every goal he scores seems like his first by the way he reacts

That Capitals game was amazing, even though I don't mind Boston. Ovechkin's joy, every time he scores, is so infectious. Nobody seems to enjoy it more.

Ah, yes, the 2000 Avalanche making one last (so far successful) run at the Cup. Everything old is new again!

For what, a first rounder next year and a 3rd the following year (IIRC)? Hmm... I have to mull it over, but considering Foote's age, I'm thinking it was Ok.

great game this afternoon with the Avs and Stars. Avs finally got a power play goal to take the lead and added an empty netter to put it away late.

Theodore has looked great recently. Hopefully he's back in vezina form
