Highlander Reboot/Prequel Anticipation Thread

I hope not, they already did pretty much that with Deborah Unger in Highlander III and I didn't care for it.
That had to be a compromise solution since Deborah Unger was easily the best thing about Highlander III. ;)

Please introduce a new Quentin MacLeod to the Live-Action franchise.

We still have the actors for Conner & Duncan who can appear in the movies as Cameo's or Supporting roles.

Too close to call. The Source was pretty bad, but at least it made the weak attempt at connecting with the continuity of the TV series.

Though I cringed at the use of Queen songs without Freddie singing them.

The source was supposed to launch a new trilogy but how they expected to follow it up i don't know.

It was just awful, at least highlander 2 has some decent scenes in it, i can't think of one in the source. Duncan playing Batman was a bad start and it just got worse.

I like that the short Highlander Reunion erases the source from canon.

I didn't even know this existed until I read your post; how the hell I missed knowing about this is beyond me.

In any event, I quickly checked to see where I can watch it and was delighted to find it on Prime. Will definitely be checking this out tonight.

From what I determine, it maybe erases Endgame from canon as well? I would have no problem with that, knowing that both MacLeod boys are still out there.
