Hi all,
I wonder if someone can help me remember a Star Trek (TOS I believe, though it may have been a crossover with other series) novel I started reading a few years back and now I cannot find or recall the title...?
All I remember about it was Captain Kirk was on leave and driving through a rural European country (Ireland? England? Scotland?) and stopped at an inn to relax and drink. This was a place where he could remain low key and not be recognized as a celebrity, hero or Starfleet captain - though if I recall correctly he did run into someone there who was annoyingly pressing him for information about Starfleet (or perhaps he received a call from Star Fleet who'd tracked him down and needed to get in touch... my memory is a bit hazy on the scene...)
I know this isn't much to go on, but I'd love to give the book a reread and hope it might ring some bells for someone here...
