This YouTuber in particular needs to reach for the dictionary to ascertain what a parody is though. Galaxy Quest is a parody. These are just unfunny edit jobs.
Seriously, very few people give pay any heed to the bullshit spewed on to YouTube. If it’s the kind of thing that helps insecure people validate their cretinous opinions, more power to them, but nobody who’s worth having a discussion with on here gives a fuck about angry right-wing YouTubers.

Trek edit parodies are hit and miss, but some of Gazorra's ones (like Flauting Danger up there) are fantastic.
Fan edits are just as valid as professional film edits (like the Snyder Cut vs DC cut or the various Star Wars cuts). Some offer improvements in the form of continuity fixes, tighter scripting, better pacing, etc.
I don't know why some want to toss away an entire profession (film editing) because they disagree with one YouTubers opinion, but c'est la vie.
