My immediate thought was someone from Voyager, maybe Tom or Neelix, but I think Phlox would be my Enterprise choice.

In terms of a calm reassuring person you could talk to about your problems without feeling like she was trying to judge you or read your mind, I would have to go with the Enterprise D's ship's counselor, Guinan.

Did anyone ever truly make Guinan upset, outside of Q and the Borg? If you can hold it together until thoughtless omnipotent beings and civilization-ending cyborgs are in your presence, you're doing quite well.

On Enterprise itself I'd say Trip, and Phlox would be the friendliest overall. Guess Phlox would always be there for someone as he doesn't sleep much so there's that

Not from on this Enterprise but I think Barclay would come close too.
