If the plaintiff and the judge and jury and the whole of the Justice System are also under the haze of alcohol, then it isn't considered stealing. You shall walk out of there a free hotel.
It is apparent that you stay in hotels way nicer than I do.I'm assuming you're joking around with this, but I have to say, I take my hotel pilfering very seriously. I especially like to use it as an opportunity to stock up on writing paper, envelopes, pens and pencils. These are often overlooked by amateur hotel guests, but never by a true pro!I'm not proud of this, but I once nicked some teabags and coffee-sachets from my hotel-room.
It's all factored into the overheads, you're paying for it anyway, so make good use of it!
To me, it's mostly bathroom stuff, small soaps and the likes. They are already there to use at your leisure, so it's not stealing. And they can turn out quite useful while traveling.
