Has Kate Mulgrew ever apologized to Jeri for the way she treated her?

I know that Kate was absolutely awful to Jeri throughout the entire time Jeri was part of the cast and Jeri had done nothing to deserve it.

Yes Mulgrew has apologised and taken ownership of her behaviour on set. There are multiple interviews were Mulgrew acknowledges what happened and expresses regret that she took her frustration with the producers out on Ryan. Mulgre and Ryan are friends now, have appeared at multiple events and conventions together and have put the past behind them.

The way I understand it, their relationship improved as the show went on... that doesn't make Ms. Mulgrew's actions acceptable; by her own admission they weren't. But over time, she started to understand that Ms. Ryan's character was more than eye candy, and eased up.

Still, between her and that outfit she couldn't breathe in, Ms. Ryan's initial time on Voyager must have been the real year of hell.
