[yt]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0VGRlEJewA[/yt]Just watched the Kimmel clip with Fox and Lloyd, and I gotta say it was pretty damn cool seeing them in the costumes again. Even if they are clearly a lot older and slower these days.
He doesn't look like the aged Marty from the movie.

Did he? I could have sworn it was a tuesday. If so, I stand corrected. I might have mixed that up with another important day in the franchise somewhere.Probably not. It didn't even account for the leap year in 2000, because they arrived on a tuesday instead of a wednesday in the film.![]()
Doc out-right says they're in Wednesday. Accounting for DST makes no difference, we'd be under DST under either the old or new system.
Well, to be fair:No but I guess they thought he'd look older in some way. After all 2015 was way off in the future.
I bought about six copies. I'll give a couple to my friends, read one, and keep one or two as a collector's item.
I haven't yet found Pepsi Perfect
Got the first issue yesterday.I have to admit, I didn't really do anything to celebrate yesterday, but it's still fun to think we really are in the future now.
I'm always a little sad when these kinds of days come and go. All these movies and show predicted so much cool stuff by now, but we've barely gotten a fraction of it.
They released the first issue of the new BTTF comic miniseries from Bob Gale and IDW Publishing, so the franchise isn't totally dead. The series isn't moving things forward, instead they are doing stories set before and during the movies. The first issue features the story of how Marty and Doc first met, and Doc's involvement with the Manhattan Project. Since this is just a limited miniseries I'll probably wait for the collected edition.
