Green Lantern on HBOMax

And since Hawaii 5-0 crossed over with NCIS: LA it means they're also part of the NCIS Universe.

Thanks for that!

I'd say my personal (Earth) GL Rankings would be:

1. Guy Gardner
2. John Stewart
3. Original Alan Scott
4. Jessica Cruz
5. Kyle Rayner
6. Simon Baz
7. Hal Jordan
8. DC Rebirth Alan Scott
9. New 52 Earth 2 Alan Scott

With 1-4 being great, 5-6 being ok, and 7-9 just being bad. I'm not counting the Far Sector GL because I don't think she's canon but she'd be after Hal if she was on the list.

So Alan obviously fell very far after the New 52/Rebirth, although to be fair I just ignore him nowadays more then I'm actively angry. Hal Jordan is probably my most actively disliked Earth GL at this point, but I'll still read stuff with him if he's a side character which I won't do with modern Alan Scott so Hal gets to stay slightly above the bottom of the list.

So many Earth Lanterns. Have Jessica or Simon made the jump out of comics?

So many Earth Lanterns. Have Jessica or Simon made the jump out of comics?

Jessica was basically the main character of the Direct to DVD/streaming animated movie Justice League vs The Fatal Five. Now the overall story involves the Justice League and Legion of Superheroes vs the Fatal Five, but Jessica gets her origin and gets inducted into the Justice League in the movie.

Also, fun fact, the film is done in the DCAU art style, with the DCAU voice actors for Batman, Wonder Woman, and Superman. But it can't be canon with the DCAU, because this isn't the same Legion from a JLU episode and Supergirl is never seen or mentioned, even though the DCAU Supergirl went to live in the future with the Legion in her last DCAU appearance.

Well, the shows that encompass the NCIS Universe would have to start with JAG, which spin off NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, NCIS: New Orleans, NCIS: Hawaii, NCIS: Sydney, and the upcoming NCIS: Origins and NCIS: Tony and Ziva.
Those are all part of Donald Bellisario's roster.
Then there is Hawaii Five-O, MacGyver, and Magnum P.I., which are a part of Lenkov-verse.
Hawai'i Five-O crossed over with NCIS: Los Angeles, Magnum P.I. and MacGyver.

Well, at least it's not as complicated as trying to figure out how every show that John Munch has appeared on is connected.
He appeared on 7 seasons of Homicide: Life on the Street
15 seasons of Law & Order along with guest appearances after he left as a regular
4 episodes of the original L&O
2 episodes of 30 Rock
and one episode each of
L&O: Trial By Jury
Arrested Development
The X-Files
The Beat
The Wire
American Dad
He also appeared on a Paul Shaeffer album, and A Very Brady Sequel, was in an issue of Spider-Man/Deadpool, and was mentioned in an episode of Luther.
I'm not really counting it, but they also included a Muppet Munch in Sesame Street's L&O: Special Letters Unit.

It will be interesting to see who they go with instead. It sounds like they're going with an older Hal as mentor for a younger John Stewart, so it'll probably be someone else around Brolin's age.

I'm not that familiar with the actor (I only know him for being one of the forgettable people in a few recent Godzilla movies), but they definitely seem to want an older, borderline retirement age Hal Jordan, which is interesting. Honestly I'm so tired of Hal Jordan in general that them casting a version near the end of his career is more interesting to me then a rookie or in his prime version.
