Greatest FED woman!

"That's T'Pau, the only woman to ever turn down a seat on the Federation Council."
Amanda Grayson, mother of Spock, wife of Sarek. She never held public office nor commanded a ship, yet influenced two men who changed the Federation.
Worst would be T'Pring... that b*tch was cold and calculating. Like Barbie with pointed ears. :vulcan:

Is it necessary to refer to her as a "b*tch?" I don't think so.

I'm just trying to work out what the hell kind of "cold and calculating" Barbies Sector 7 encountered as a kid...

Lawyer Barbies, maybe?

Anyway, Captain Hernandez in Enterprise was a pretty cool character. It's real shame that she didn't get to be in many episodes and that the series was canceled in her first year. She was capable of handeling adult situations with dignity being an Ex of Archer. That might not be the biggest of deals, but look at Trip and T'pol's relationship; or Worf and Dax's; or Worf, Troi, and Riker. She was a confidant and competent captain, too. She was also more consitantly written than Janeway...but again, she wasn't written very often.

Okay, so Hoshi Sato (for her role in stopping the destruction of Earth by the Xindi), Guinan (for her role in saving the Federation once and later helping Picard understand the Nexus), and Kira Nerys (for her role in ending the Dominion war).
