Not much - really just one mission.
I'm missing one pigeon... arg!!!!
You don't have to hit it at top speed. There is a drum on the ramp so avoid that and just hit the mark. It did take me a few very frustrating goes to get it right.
Just keep up with the boat and hit the jump... I honestly didn't even know that it wasn't scripted.
I feel for you man, I hated that mission, drive drive drive boring conversation shoot shoot outside shoot shoot inside shoot shoot roof shoot shoot outside ride ride hit a stone badly damn damn damn.
The good news is I think as long as the ramp is glowing yellow you will make it. Hopefully you're not a scrub like me and that means you get to blow the next section a few times and do it all over.
BTW, after a while I found the quickest way to take out the gunmen was to take out the three on the roof and then run up that hill to the left and take everything out. You take more hits being exposed but you can really clear them out quickly with an assault rifle.

Yay! I finally won! After what seemed like I played the last level longer than the rest of the game. I really wish they'd tell me what chases you have to do something in, and which ones just require you to last until the cutscene, because I spent way too many times trying to gun the boat down.

Some ideas.
- Work your way through Stevie's text message cars to steal list. After you deliver the first car, Stevie will send you a text message six hours of in-game time (i.e. according to your mobile phone) later to do the next one.
- Check your e-mails. Brucie has a second list of cars he wants. Brucie's cars, however, are often guarded.
- Do the assassin missions. There is a list of 8, I think, and they are randomly handed out each time you go to the payphone (although if you fail one, the same mission will repeat). A tip - don't take a cab to the target's position. The idea is that once you reach the target's general area, how you do the killing is up to you.
- Go on some dates. Look around Craplist and Love-Meet.
- Go out with your friends.
- Find all 200 Flying Rats and get rid of them.
- Find and perform all of the stunt jumps.
- Win all of Brucie's races.
- Get a Police car and do the vigilante missions.

So I took a date (in this case, Carmen) in a stolen chopper and flew her to the rooftop of a skyscraper, then promptly pushed her off. Somehow she survived, though I couldn't see her, and told me off... and the chopper vanished!
On a side note, if you 360 users want the achievement points where you survive five minutes of being on six stars, 1) attempting to go to an island that's still locked gets you six stars. 2) But for me, I took a stolen chopper and landed it on a small building (that doesn't have ways to get up there by foot) right across the water from Liberty Island. Then I started blowing people and cops away until I got five stars (using the rocket launcher to blow away the police choppers), then got in my chopper and flew to the island (where the ground units can't get you and the choppers can't get you if you're under cover) and blew people away until I got to six stars, then just waited five minutes.

Alternatively you can take said stolen chopper, fly to a locked island and fly around for 5 minutes - I tried that the first time I got a chopper and it was far too easy.

I can top that. I clipped a police car which got me a one star wanted level. The violence spiralled out of control and I ended up with a six star and a huge running battle with the authorities. There was a long car chase, followed by a boat chase over to Happiness Island where I ended up holed up inside the visitor centre at the bottom of the statue. I didn't realise how long I'd been at it when I looked at the clock - two and a half hours at six stars!
The LCPD are going to need a big budget increase to cover the costs of that one.

Ok so I was working on stunt jump 21 and quickly figured out that I needed a faster car or motorcycle and low and behold along comes a banshee.
So I jack the car and sure enough the cops saw me so off I run.
A few min. later and significant damage to the car I get back to the jump, smoking engine and all.
After 2 or 3 attempts (and more damage to the car) I realize it’s better to angle more to the right of the ramp than left since the left side of the road has more head on collisions.
Now on the 4th try I actually complete the jump but I skid into the back of another car and my car catches on fire, the guy I just hit gets out wanting to fight and just then a motorcycle comes by and clips him, knocking into my car that is on fire.
The guy catches on fire and starts running around, screaming and the motorcycle guy is now sprawled out in the road by the cars.
Now my car explodes and catches the motorcycle guy on fire and blasts him into the air into a cool fireball.
When my car exploded it caught the other car on fire and knocked it into traffic causing a traffic jam and catching a few other cars on fire.
Now it explodes and knocks those cars outward (that are already on fire) and explodes a few of them.
Because of the accidents a few people are out of their cars and they catch on fire.
Just then another motorcycle guy comes by and tries to drive through the fire and HE catches on fire.
He’s running around and another car comes zooming by a clips him and sends him into the air.
Cars keep trying to drive through the fire causing more to catch on fire and eventually explode.
This went on for a good 3-5 min (no lie).
A bigger truck eventually came through and blocked the road so no more cars made it into the fire.
That few min caused major CAR-nage LOL
There were burned out cars and bodies all over the place, it looked like a war zone.
If I hadn’t gotten the chain reaction achievement I would have surly gotten it then.
The whole scene was so cool I tried for almost a ½ hr to stage it but had no luck.
Man what a cool game.

^ I don't know what the link is, but it's probably somewhere on the XPlay website. I think the gamer challenge is to break Mr. Sark out of prison in multiplayer mode.
Anyway, so I threw Alex off a rooftop, and she actually died. The screen said she died. I couldn't call her anymore. But then several hours later, she called me to ask if I could pick her up from the hospital! But I'm the one who killed her!!

Yeah, I don't think your partners can actually die. And I think you get points for picking them up from the hospital as well.
