Like Justtoyourleft, none of the characters left any impression on me. Bluntly, I just don't give a shit about anyone on the ship or what happens to them. Bakula was also the worst possible choice for captain of a starship. Archer has NO presence and often just seems awkward in the role. I watched Broken Bow and then wrote it off. Later I revisited it with In a Mirror, Darkly and my god that didn't help my opinion. And lately I've been watching episodes on Sci-Fi channel. Honestly, I rarely finish an episode anymore. I just don't care enough about these people or what's going on in a given episode, usually. Occasionally, something will be interesting enough to keep me watching, but only occasionally. But even in those cases, I'm interested because of the anomaly or the alien problem or whatever. The character interactions and building scenes ultimately mean nothing to me. I mean, at least on Voyager, I get to hope Neelix gets killed (Meld is a great episode for this, even if it was a hologram). That's more emotional investment than I have in the entire ENT crew. To say nothing of liking Tuvok Tom, the doctor and Seven, and I love DS9 and TNG's casts.
