Spoilers Gotham - Season 4

I wish Barbara had remained dead. She seems like a ghost of her former self. And I thought her story had ran its course.
I don't disagree with that. Gotham does sometimes have problems getting rid of characters that have run their course.

Why do I still enjoy this show? :p Grundy smash! Still equal parts guilt and pleasure. Although I wonder: Bruce is so bothered by killing evil, but got an innocent killed by his actions. Shouldn't the latter weigh more heavily on his psyche than the former?

Well at least Lee is finally going to be running a clinic in a seedy part of town.

This felt like a Season 1 episode.

As far as I'm concerned, Sofia Falcone is now the protagonist of this show. The character, her storyline, and Reed's performance are all more interesting and enjoyable than McKenzie's Gordon has ever been.

This was actually interesting... as far as Gotham goes. Makes me interested in the end game, as they've established threads fairly smartly and spread the character moments around. Pretty sure this season is it, so end it with a bang!

Well the last time we saw her she was drinking a bunch of strange potions, so we know why the transformation happens. However I am perplexed as to why they didn't just decide to introduce Pamela Isley instead of transforming Ivy Pepper again.

Yeah, I liked her too. Peyton List is good, so it should be interesting to see what they do with the character now.
They're aging her up again?
As if the first time wasn't creepy enough...
Would this really be aging up? Peyton List is 31 according to Wikipedia, and while I couldn't find an age for Maggie Geha, she doesn't really look that much younger than List. I think it's more of just a transformation in general than an aging up.

Certainly. something batman will have to deal with in the future

Batman- All these years of aging have taken a toll on you Ivy.........

Ivy- Help me

Well yeah, but she's still a 12 year old girl in an adult body. It just brings up all sorts of strangeness.

Gotham is firing on all cylinders recently. Even Babs was back to looking a million bucks. Actually, the whole episode looked great from a visual standpoint.

I kind of wish the headhunter guy of the Penguin was sticking around a bit longer.

I like Headhunter a lot to. Does anyone know if the guy who plays Zasz was busy or something? The way they made a quick reference to him being out of town, before introducing and then killing Headhunter in this one episode made me wonder if they just needed a one off fill in while the actor who plays Victor was busy.
This season has been great. Pyg is almost completely unrelated to his comic or Arkham counterparts, even moreso than a lot of Gotham's other characters, but he's been a great villain so far.
The stuff with Penguin and the girl at the Orphanage was hilarious.
I didn't mind the stuff with bad boy Bruce, what we got here was both him dealing with killing Ra's and also the first stages of his playboy persona that he'll use as an adult.
I really like what they've been doing with the Sirens this season.

More Batman Begins easter eggs. Bruce is definitely setting up his public persona - and as I'm typing that, JD beats me to it. I laughed when he bought the club, though. Classic! ;)

And damn, was Barbara brutal. Definitely sad to see Headhunter go so quickly, though.

I liked that they haven't ignored Jim's own grey areas, but are still setting him up to be the one good cop that cleans up the force. Also, it seems like they may be setting hup Harvey's fall, where he could actually end up being the old, fat, miserable slob / beat cop we've known before.
