I think it was the mirror borg who now adapt to the tommy gun and also the shotgun, i keep forgetting we have more than 1 type of borg now. ha
If you want unlimited transwarps to jump anyway in the entire game instantly without any cooldowns, just go into the missions section of the game, pick replay a mission that is near where you want to go, make it primary, then in your mission box just under the map at the top right, click on the little circle clock like thing that is next to mission you just made primary, and away you go.....and once you are done you can just drop said mission to keep your "in progress" tab clear and unclutered.
This is great for jumping around the place to do your endevs daily in moments, it has been years since i traversed open space from system to system, or looked at the limited
Yeah, but I wasn't in a cooldown. It just wouldn't transwarp.
It occasionally bugs like that, or sometimes plays the animation but doesn't send you correctly (I was transwarping to Defera from inside the Dyson Sphere and ended up in sector space by the Iconian gateway) - that time it also seemed to put me back on cooldown. I did what Haggis suggested and used a mission transwarp, and then the timer was available again.
I've also had cases where I can't beam back to the ship from ESD or New Romulus, which seems to be linked to being in a mission (e.g. Staging Area) and the game doesn't want you let you quit out... again, mission transwarps can help get you away from the area until the bug clears.
I exited the game to do some other things and came back later and it worked fine. So yeah, I guess a bug like you said.
Worst one was yesterday - I was doing a DSE and died since that toon is a BO3 build and the game decided to put me up against Cardassians. Galors use Feedback Pulse, so my massive damage spike gets shoved right back in my squishy glass cannon face.
BUT! I die just after accepting a TFO, and am warped into it mid-death. So, when explosion finishes, I'm now on an Advanced map - and get a ship injury...

Speaking of DSE's... Are the boons gone? I used to fly through sector space and pick them up all the time.
It seems people were complaining about cluttered trays and animations making sector travel look bad, so they have been disabled for now and are being reworked.
Something I wish they would do is allow for more slot expansion in the inventory and bank.
I've been playing this game so long and collecting so many high-end things, I'm running out of room and it won't let me buy any more with Zen!
