I'm not getting the sense that it'll be a Doctor lite episode. For one, that would be a pretty large mistake to make at this point of the story, and there are so few episodes anyway.
I'm guessing they haven't shown many promo images of the Doctor in this story because it would give away whether she's still in angel form or not.
My guess is the Angel's/Division needs her help. So, while captured by them, she won't be in any immediate danger from them. Additionally, back in Jo's time, the Division didn't destroy the Doctor but erased her memories. That may well be their plan here. Capture her, force her to help them, and then release her with her memories erased.
