Geeky, But Practical

Walkie-talkies in the shape of TOS communicators. Those and a Spock (ST:TMP) bust/liquor carafe.

And doesn't everyone have drinking glasses with various Star Wars scenes/characters on them (from Burger King in the 1980s)?

^ No. But I do have the four recent Trek Burger King glasses. Does that count?

And speaking of geek and glasses, I have been searching high and low for a set of the Hardee's Smurf glasses from the mid-1980's. So far I have found only one mint full set but it was so over-priced I couldn't make the purchase and feel good about it.

I seriously want a steampunk desktop computer.

^ Give him a little while. He might do it now. :rommie: I have found if you give a kid a box of Legos they can build just about anything.

I've got one of those. I've never used it, though. It's still in the box. :)

I had the original set from the 70s and the Empire Strikes Back set; I think they're at my father's place (I doubt that he would have thrown them out - he actually understands the value of things like that).
