[GAME] Special Enterprise Moments | Episode-by-Episode

Unlike about every other fan, I actually like Storm's Front. My favourite scene is the one were the German soldier brags to Archer in the truck.

Next: Storm Front, part 2

"Storm Front Part Deux": The Trip/Archer reunion.

Trip (astonished): Cap'n?

Archer (sweet li'l smile): Good to see you, Commander.

Trip: You're alive?

Archer (eyeing Trip's pistol): As long as you don't pull that trigger.

Trip lowers the gun and goes in for a big mushy hug.

Trip: I can't believe it...

Archer: The building's about to blow up.

Trip: Gotcha.

Next up: "Home."

Home:
I liked the scene with Trip and T'Les just before the ceremony. She seemed to like him (well, as much as a Vulcan can like anybody). It was a nice conversation and I think if her daughter hadn't been such a boob, she'd have have approved of Trip as a son-in-law.

eta: next up: Borderland!

Borderland: the sight gag when the big Orion trader (Big Show?) picks up T'Pol to show her to the buyers. She just hangs there with absolutely no expression on her face. I love that.

Next: Cold Station 12

The Augments: I would say Archer being rescued from the access tube before the contagion can reach him. That was actually pretty cool. :bolian:

Next up: The widely respected "The Forge."

There are many great scenes in that episode, the basketball game, the sehlat scene, the quiet scene where Archer commemorates Forrest at his coffin, but the scene that really impressed me is the bombing of the embassy. We get insight into what the Vulcans think and Soval being amiable and just when you think this might go well, everything explodes and Forrest is killed.

Next up: Awakening

Awakening: I love the quiet scene when T'Pol and Archer are being held captive by the Syrannites. T'Pol asks him something like, Do you really believe that you are carrying the essence of a man who died five thousand years ago in your head? And Archer's response is, Not when you put it that way, no. Archer seems equally convinced that A, he could be crazy, and B, he might very well have Surak's katra in his head, and he's not even trying to reconcile the two things. So he says, kind of desperately, He put something in my head, and I want it taken out. I just love the delivery of those lines.

KirShara.

Kir'shara: I liked the scene where Malcolm questions Trip's decision to disobey orders. Tucker doesn't get irritable and crabby with Reed (as a certain captain is known to do), he calmly and respectfully answers Reed's concerns and assures him the he'll take full responsibility.

Next up: Deadalus.

"Daedalus"...

The scenes between Archer and Danica. I loved the brother-sister vibe they had going.

Next: my #1 favorite episode of Enterprise: "Observer Effect."

Mine, too, HR.

It's a tie: the scene between Trip and Archer, where they both know that the silicon virus means that Trip and Hoshi are doomed. Don't you give up on me.

And the moment where, after all is said and done, Archer puts his hand on Trip's chest as Trip breathes his last, and Archer looks up at the monitor as all the little triangles sink to the bottom of the screen.

And . . . excuse me, I think I have something in my eye.

Next: Babel One.

A lot of coolness in "United"... The touching, heartwrenching scene in sickbay between Shran and Talas, and her last view of him being that proud, loving smile. Archer visiting Shran's quarters as he sharpens his weapon, and Shran realizing that he'll have to kill his friend to avenge his beloved. Hoshi and Travis working together. The fight itself, which I thought was great.

Archer + Shran = great drama, every time. I would have loved Shran on Enterprise in Season 5, and more sparring between them.

Next up: another favorite of mine, because I'm a Shran fan and a romantic: "The Aenar."

I loved the fight in "United". Especially Archer's cool action-hero remarks were fun, because they were so over the top and he was losing pretty badly when he said them.

I loved the ending scene with Archer and Trip. Even though we're at the end of one of the arc stories, something is being left to set us up for the next episode. So sad that they didn't do things like this throughout the series where rather than leaving us with an ending, they left us with something that could continue to the next episode.

Next episode: Affliction

"Daedalus"...

The scenes between Archer and Danica. I loved the brother-sister vibe they had going.

Next: my #1 favorite episode of Enterprise: "Observer Effect."
Deadalus -- it was so boring it almost killed me.

Affliction: Trip and T'Pol's shared "white dream."

Divergence: Trip switching Ships at Warp. Fantastic and exciting.

Next: Say hi to our Orion Slave Girl Friends for me.

I disliked that episode. Mmh, I liked the scene where T'Pol said, "I didn't realise Starfleet condones slavery now." and Archer's puzzled look at that. You go, Polly!

Next up: The Mirror Universe! Yay!

IAMD pt2

"You're speaking with Empress Sato. Prepare to receive instructions." :D:D

Next up: "Demons"
