From the reports so far and the casting announcements (Ramsay wasn't cast) it sounds like the sack of Winterfell was pushed to the third season. Also, no Tullys were cast for this season too. This might free some space for early book 3 stuff like Jaime's escape or the Others' attack on the Fist of the First Men.

For all people complaining that HBO stuff isn't on iTunes... Well HBO is apparently making an exception for Game of Thrones - The 1st season will be available for purchase on iTunes on March 6th, same day as the DVD/Blu-ray release.
