Future I.K.S. Gorkon novels?

Just wondering if KRAD or anyone else knew if there were going to be any future Gorkon novels. I just finished the first three and found them to be quite enjoyable and a break from the usual novels.

At the end of the third book it said the series would continue, however, I probably missed any past discussion on the future of these books and thought I'd ask.

Ta. Now at least I know what to be looking for.

Btw was B'Oraq's braid tugging a deliberate reference to Nynaeve from Wheel of Time? If so telling her to stop doing it was classic (one of several reasons I stopped reading WoT books was the constant repetition of things like that).

What Turtletrekker said. We're repurposing the series a bit, and the novel Klingon Empire: A Burning House will be released in February 2008. That novel will pick up where Enemy Territory left off.

No. This is mostly by virtue of my never having read the WoT books and not having the first clue who Nynaeve even is. :D

She was a healer in the village from the main character and always tugged on her braid. Along with several other character's "quirks", they got repeated ad nauseum through the WoT books and by book 4 I had had enough and stopped reading.

I thought I'd ask since B'Oraq had the same habit and in no uncertain terms was asked to stop it.

And I will say this much, the books series I have enjoyed the most (not single stories like Federation) all have been made up of "bit" characters. Basically New Frontier and the Gorkon books.

Edit: Also need to give credit to the SCE stories too :)

Nice to see you changed your avatar to something a little more fitting to our illustrious forum, KRAD. Qapla!

Will there ever be any Romulan books like the Klingon books?

Naw, cuz the Romulans suck. Klingons are fun party animals. Romulans are boring and silly and ... Oh, hi there Bonzie. Please put that dagger down ...

They've had prominent roles in the Vulcan's Soul trilogy, Death in Winter, Taking Wing, and Articles of the Federation. After Nemesis, I think many people are ready for a little rest from the Romulans and Remans.

You can never have to many Romulans. As for the Remans I agree 100%.I have read all those books and I do enjoy the large parts that the Romulans have but their are still Feds in them and I would just love an all Romulan book and with them not being the villians.

Most of those books were after Nemesis. It's an ongoing situation that the fiction is rightly evolving as its timeline progresses.

Fictitiously yours, Trent Roman

Fab news KRAD, when will the following book be released? Do you have any further plans, with timescales etc|?

Cheers & KR,

CDP

If you mean the book after A Burning House -- no idea. Let's see if anyone buys ABH first. :)
