For those of us who aren't reading the novels...

Proof yet again that spelling is important.
hahaha...He spelled it wrong and/or I read it wrong. Oh well. I can't imagine it being a "sexist" picture, so I'll just go with my first thought and assume he meant sexiest!

The most ridiculous thing is seeing Joe's signature line over and over again.

Why is it that it Tolerance is preached for EVERYTHING unless you are talking about Christianity??

There are people who have with overtly Christian/religious sig lines, Obi Wana - I don't have one even though I am a believer, but they are out there. As far as I know (not that I know everything), so long as you don't target another poster, there are no rules against it.

One of the rules I live by: In a perfect world, I would make no typos. But if I've got to make a typo, at least I hope it's a funny one.

So could someone explain to me
Voyager goes back to the Delta Quadrant? Slipstream?

And is it just me or without the old crew doesn't it seem like just another ship? How many original crew are present aboard? Why should I care to read the books, if I liked the show based on the situation and the crew?

I'm with you on this...I have always said that the shows, all of them, were never really about "THE ENTERPRISE" or "THE VOYAGER"...its the people who lived and breathed on them that I was always more interested in...

Rob

Me too!

By the way, I like the Zeb Macahan avatar. In the country where I live, that series is cult. It has been on re-run here each and every year. I watched it last fall and it must have been for the 5th time or so.

The Macahans was a great show..what was your favorite episode? I have so many...I liked when Zeb through the pimp out the window (the one who was involved with going after Josh/Luke)..or when Zeb had his show down with Henry Coe...

There were a lot of great episodes, maybe the one where Luke and Josh were chased in the desert by Stillman and his men is my favorite.

Not to mention that I really enjoyed every episode where Deek Peasley did show up. An excellent villain! Really evil, cunning and creepy and he actually made me laugh a few times too!

I also see a certain similarity between Josh Macahan and Harry Kim. Josh could hardly go out and fetch a bucket of water before getting into some trouble and Harry is about the same. The true "whipping boys" of the shows.

Another poster has virtually the same signature but with "Jesus loves you" and quite a few have messages asking you to get in touch with their church of preference - so if the religious can preach in the signature, why can't I as an atheist offer an alternative message?

Crap. We're drifting, people.

Perhaps we can relate atheism to the Borg? :borg:

Otherwise, I'm going to start posting pictures of cats.

^ Right you are. Feel free to start another thread about reading or not reading the books if you wish. This thread is so far off track we'd need a GPS to get back on course again.
