Oh they are certainly adding material - many of the clips and released images show scenes that are not described in the book. (but they do not contradict the book)
It's not US only, but watching it from the HBO site is a real pain in the ass, even with a good internet connection. Thankfully there are people who upload the HBO videos to youtube. I think eventually HBO themselves will upload it in better quality. The first 14 minutes of the 1st episode titled "Winter is Coming" is now online at HBO.com: http://www.hbo.com/video/video.html?view=grid&vid=1170886&autoplay=true
(presumably US only)
I got errors when I opened both links.
I posted the titles for the first four episodes in the other thread, but I'll post them again here since this seems to be the main discussion thread for the show:
1. Winter Is Coming
2. The Kingsroad
3. Lord Snow
4. Cripples, Bastards and Broken Things
Cool. Thanks. I didn't know all the titles were already available. The remaining episode titles:
5. The Wolf and the Lion
6. A Golden Crown
7. You Win or You Die
8. The Pointy End
9. Baelor
10. Fire and Blood
This site also had huge spoilers in episode descriptions. For example, they spoiledI got errors when I opened both links.
Hmm, looks like it was a site under development and not finished, so they took it down. It will probably be back on HBO's site in a week or two.
Yeah, that's a great shot!HBO has posted the latest 25 minute "Making of Game of Thrones" video that was aired yesterday up on YouTube: (in 720p HD)

This looks to be the final behind-the-scenes video released before the show starts in 10 days.
EDIT:
@3:30 - holy crap, the wall from the south!![]()
GoT has a benefit of filming in Nothern Ireland, so that saves them some money.Man, the sets and the costumes all look fantastic. Are we sure this didn't cost as much as Rome? Because I really want this to last more than two seasons.![]()
