Well, judging buy the pic, Bana's Nero looks, as he does to many, that his ear has been mutilated to either blend in or in a fight.


Still, we wont know until the premier or leaked images.

Nero looks like someone with serious issues. A real bad ass.

Quinto may out-Spock Nimoy.

This all just whets my appetite even more.

And if Nero is a Klingon...a "smooth headed" one at that with facial tattoos a'la Darth Maul...that might make for one of the cooler, more badass Klingons in recent memory and a change of pace from most of the past 29 years since TMP debuted the redesigned Klingons.

Yeah. "Angry dumbass with knife" (aka Klingon) doesn't seem like an intelligent enough race to conquer electricity...much less the rigors of intragalactic conquest nor does it seem likely that they'd be powerful enough to rival the Federation.

If Nero(Bana) IS a Klingon then it'd be a very un-Klingon name. Romulans tend to have a lot of ancient Roman-sounding titles and monikers and most Klingon names tend to start with "K" or another harsh sounding letter.
