First image from STXII campaign?

Nah, it's from the STXI campaign (one of the "beauty" renders ILM did of the model), but someone slapped a summer 2012 text on it.
 
Assuming it is real (and not just a fan with a few pics and photoshop), it's a shame it doesn't give any hints about the movie - except maybe that they don't plan to redesign the Enterprise.

Funny that I never saw it.

It looks like it a retouched image from the movie; the scene where the fleet warps away and only the Enterprise stays behind - the camera angle and lens distortion would match... I think.

It looks like it a retouched image from the movie; the scene where the fleet warps away and only the Enterprise stays behind - the camera angle and lens distortion would match... I think.
No, every time we see the Enterprise at warp in the movie, the hull is pretty dark and I don't think there was ever an "over the nacelle" shot like that anyway.
