Few thoughts rewatching season seven

I hope this thread is okay

I'm almost done rewatching season seven.

I just watched First Born the other day. I realized that if the adult Alexander didn't go back in time to 2370, the paths of the D and the Duras sister would have been different. That may mean the D had originally never met its fate at Veridian III. Worf was never assigned to Deep Space Nine. He may never sent away Alexander and Alexander had grown up until he went off to college from the D. Jadzia may have been alive at the end of the war, before the adult Alexander fucked up things.

I'm on bloodlines right now. Jason said his mother told him his father was in Starfleet. I wonder if Beverly was able to match him to his real father. Surely the DNA of the true father would be on file if he was actually in Starfleet as Miranda had claimed.

Would be hell of a twist if it turned out to be Jack Crusher

Honestly, Jason Vigo had never wanted to know who his dad was. It's only because of the Bok stuff that the subject even comes up. I can imagine Crusher offering to clear it up for him, & him telling her to bag it

I'm pretty sure time traveling Alexander only cared about the fact that in his time, Worf had been assassinated. He was even willing to paradoxically destroy himself to prevent it. I doubt he'd care about whatever timeline mess he'd made

Too bad he wouldn't have guessed he'd be a klutz aboard a klingon ship about five years after his visit....
